Chris’s journey to becoming a counselor is deeply personal. He’s not just a therapist by training — he’s a fellow traveler who has lived through loss, uncertainty, and reinvention. His strength lies in meeting others exactly where they are, with grit, empathy, and presence.

“I know what it’s like to be stuck. I’ve faced death, physical injury, financial struggle, dead-end jobs, and heartbreak. Every time, I found a way forward—with grit, resilience, and help. The biggest support came from wise counselors, brothers, and mentors. Not from influencers or speakers, but from men willing to get in the trenches and help me walk a path forward.
I became a counselor to return that favor. To help men who feel alone, overwhelmed, or unsure of what comes next. Real progress isn’t always clean—but it’s possible. And I’m here to walk with you through it.”
